Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Parents sign up first, then add their Yard Hustler. Customers can sign up and start booking jobs right away. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

How do I set up payouts for a Yard Hustler?

When a Hustler is ready to get paid, a parent or guardian opens the Hustler profile in the app and taps Set up payouts or Complete payout setup. Yard Hustle then opens Stripe's hosted onboarding for the family payout account. Stripe may ask for identity details, date of birth, a full mailing address, the last four digits of a Social Security number, bank account details, and acceptance of Stripe's terms. Finish every screen in one session when you can. If you stop partway, Stripe may keep listing items as required until setup is complete. You can restart payout setup from the app anytime to open a fresh secure link.

Why does Stripe still ask for information after I started onboarding?

That usually means onboarding was not finished, the link expired, or Stripe needs you to confirm something. Open payout setup again from the app and complete each step. A complete street address, city, state, and ZIP in the parent profile can help Yard Hustle prefill what Stripe allows, but Stripe still controls the secure identity, bank, and terms steps.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion directly through the app in your Settings, or visit our Delete Account page on this website. All account data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
